Events by The Female Factor | January – April 2026

The Female Factor offered a series of online sessions for professional women throughout early 2026, kicking off with a goal-setting reset in January to build clarity and momentum for the year ahead. Other events deep dived into four key themes: digital wellbeing, money confidence, visibility, and ethical AI – giving participants practical tools to manage mental overwhelm, reframe their relationship with money, get their work noticed without self-promotion anxiety, and harness AI responsibly to boost productivity.

    Latest News: Women 5.0 Launches Pilot Programme

    We’re excited to announce the launch of our six-month pilot programme, equipping 180+ women entrepreneurs across five European countries with essential digital skills.

    This EU-funded initiative directly addresses Europe’s gender employment gap, which cost the EU economy €390 billion in 2023. Through hands-on training in AI, data analytics, digital marketing, and online business tools, we’re tackling the key barriers women face in digital adoption, from lack of time and skills gaps to high technology costs.

    Our programme offers a Digital Toolkit for trainers, a free multilingual e-learning platform, and an Expert Interview Series featuring real-world insights.
